Our People
ADC personnel have operational military backgrounds in air defense and fighter operations, air and land combat operations, and air battle management / command and control, as well as System Program Office, acquisition, and test and evaluation experience. They bring over 100 years of operations, test, and staff experience – including work on Army, Air Force, Navy, and Marine Corps weapons systems – to bear on the issues of joint air and missile defense for the 21st century.
Currently, ADC personnel are working in the Joint Theater Air and Missile Defense Organization (JTAMDO), and at the Virtual Warfare Center (VWC) in St Louis, Missouri. The scope of activities includes National Missile Defense (NMD), Theater Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD), Theater Air and Cruise Missile Defense, and Homeland Air Security.
